On Demand Shredding: One-off Small
The perfect one-off solution for businesses that want us to collect your confidential waste ‘as is’.
We offer this service with a minimum collection fee of £35 which includes the collection of confidential waste contained within 5 of your own standard size bags or boxes weighing up to 10kg each.
Additional bags/boxes are charged at £3.50 per item thereafter.
All prices are subject to VAT.
Once we have destroyed your documents, you will receive a certificate of destruction. This is for your records to document the paper shredding services we have carried out.
How our one-off shredding process works
1. Quote
Start by getting a competitive quote tailored specifically for your location and requirements.
2. Preparation
Ensure all of your confidential waste is prepared ready for collection, there is no need to remove paperclips or staples.
3. Collection
Our BS7858 vetted staff will arrive in our fully tracked, CCTV fitted collection vehicle.
4. Securing Your Waste
Where appropriate, our operatives will present lockable wheelie bins for all of your waste to be secured for transport.
5. Compliance
You will then be given a Waste Transfer Note otherwise known as a Duty of Care for your records.
6. Secure Transport
The bins are then locked & secured for transport and taken to our alarmed & CCTV fitted shredding facility.
7. Secure Destruction
All waste gets directly tipped our security shredder by a bin lift, this controlled process means our operatives don’t have to handle any confidential material before destruction.
8. Confirmation
A Certificate Of Destruction will be issued electronically for your records.
9. Recycling
All shredded paper material will be 100% recycled, this helps contribute to your GDPR & environmental compliance.

Eco Shredding Sacks
Each Secure Shred eco sack can hold on average 15kg of confidential waste when appropriately filled. This equates to 3,000 sheets of A4 paper.
The sacks are made from paper material therefore, the sacks and their entire contents can be shredded whole by our state of the art security shredder.
This offers the most confidential and environmentally responsible option as the sacks will be mixed with all of the other shredded paper and will end up being re-used by being recycled back into paper products further down the line.
Woven Polypropylene Shredding Sacks
Our Woven Polypropylene Sacks are economical, robust and tear-resistant. They hold around 16kg – 18kg of confidential waste, ideal for heavy-duty use.

We post the sacks to your home or business premises.
2. Arrange Collection
When the sacks are full, contact us and arrange collection to suit you.
3. Collection
Our BS7858 vetted staff will arrive in our tracked collection vehicle and issue a duty of care waste transfer note.
4. Secure Shredding
Once your sacks arrive at our Secure Shred facility, they are shredded whole by our security shredder.
5. Confirmation
A certificate of destruction will be issued electronically for your records.
6. Recycling
100% of the shredded material is baled and sent for recycling.
One-off Large – Lockable Wheelie Bins

With an average capacity of 90 – 130kg of confidential material, Secure Shred’s rugged, lockable wheelie bins are the perfect practical answer for your business.
How it works..
This service is like hiring a skip for a standard waste clearance, the difference being when it comes to confidential waste, a skip isn’t the most secure or eco friendly solution for disposal. We drop off the selected number of lockable bins for you to fill up over a period of 7 working days. We then collect the bins in our tracked, CCTV fitted collection vehicles back to our shredding facility, whereby the contents get emptied directly into our security shredder and destroyed.
